Choosing the right sailing school is more than just finding a place to take sailing lessons. Sailing will open up a whole new world for you, your friends and family. You want a facility that gives you the sailing lifestyle as well as the sport.

We at CCYC know this better than anyone. We pioneered the "Sailing Club" concept over 70 years ago. Our focus is to provide you with instant access to every phase of the sport without requiring boat ownership.

You can become a valued crew member on a racing or cruising sailboat – and have a lot of fun!

Registration: 18 years and up
Cost: $140 includes book and materials
Duration: 6 Wednesdays 7-9:00pm
Clothing: Dry land with some outside instruction. Participation in on-water practice race Wed May 15, 2013
Dates: Wed April 10 – Wed May 15, 2013 Regular Racing begins Wed. May 22 2013
Location: Chicago Corinthian Yacht Club 601 W Montrose Drive (east of Lake Shore Drive)
