CCYC's tradition of sailing and racing excellence dates back about 100 years. Members have won MAC Races, Olympic Medals and raced all corners of the Great Lakes and globe. CCYC attracts local as well as significant national and international regattas. Volunteer members and our dedicated sailors welcome both beginners and experts to our Club, across any class. Learn to Sail
Education is a core value at CCYC and at the heart of who we are! CCYC’s groundbreaking & interactive Crew School serves as the perfect introduction to a broad-based sailor skillset. Our Adult Sailing program continues your education with small group on the water instruction, and our Junior Sailing program, for kids 7 to 18, aims to encourage and develop the sailing and water-related skills of our children. Throughout the season CCYC also sponsors a variety of Seminars aimed at improving boater safety and increasing awareness on specific topics.
