About this event
Our annual Gear swap. We set up a table for the day and give all members the opportunity to leave gear and sails they no longer have use for. They can also take anything they may be able to give a second life to. All left over gear gets donated to Nautical Donations. Last year we used Sea Bags of Maine and Jibe Sail Craft to upcycle seven sails into bags. We also saw a ton a gear change hands and found new homes for a dozen VHF radios, two Magma grills, life jackets, fenders, and winches.
